This specialised class combines sound therapy derived from Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls with yin ( passive ) yoga asanas.

The singing bowls are specifically crafted to produce a resonance and vibrations that is not only heard, but also felt; such resonance can positively affect the Chakras (energy centres) and help purify the body’s energy system.

A relaxing and meditative state is cultivated during the class with the purpose of promoting the deep stretch of your fascia and connecting tissues of your body.

Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles, with the healing transformative sounds of live played crystal bowls. Rejuvenating and healing.

Suitable for anyone seeking to alleviate the strains of a busy and stressful lifestyle.

This practice is specially elaborated to wake up your energy and body muscles after your week end.

Yin Yang Flow is a fun, creative way to explore both the yin ( passive) and yang ( active) sides of yoga in a well-rounded and thoughtful practice.

Each class is an innovative fusion of body-opening yin postures, dynamic full-body flows, and pranayama to liberate you in body, mind, and spirit.

This sequence is slower then Ashtanga or traditional Vinyasa, giving a perfect opportunity to take time to better understand the postures ( asanas ) and to listen more carefully to each aspect of your body, strengths and limits.
Rule number one – work with your body, and not against it!

Yin Yang Yoga helps for balancing energy and flexibility.

Adapted for all levels in yoga.

Detox Flow is another popular style of class. The point of a Detox Flow is to do just what the name says – stimulate the detoxification of your body, focusing on twists along with back- and forward-bending. That sequence is repeated several times.

Detox Flow is meant to be a very challenging class. We want you to move quickly and get your heart rate up in order to stimulate your circulation and therefore your lymphatic system. Muscle contractions also stimulate the lymphatic system to move fluid throughout your body.Ideally, this class will also make you sweat lots and want to drink more water – stimulating both the urinary system of toxin removal and the small number of toxins that exit through your skin via sweat.

Vitality Flow is energizing flow where yoga meets TAI CHI (Chinese martial art in which you make slow, controlled movements) and kapalabhati (breathing technique, this cleansing breath can help you not only release stress and toxins from the mind and body, it can also help release negative emotions,It consists of a series of forceful exhalations followed by passive inhalations)
This class will leave your mind, body and soul restored and re-energized, it’s all about increasing your life force.

In the beginning of 20th century, K. Pattabhi Jois introduced the Ashtanga style to the Western world.
Ashtanga classes focus on the alignment of movement and breath, where the length of movement is dictated by Ujjayi breath.

The Ashtanga class begins with Surya Namaskar (the sun salutations) A – 5 times and B – 3 times, followed by a standing sequence, then a seated series with a Vinyasa in between each pose.

Although Ashtanga is a very vigorous physical practice it does not mean that is is only open to certain body types and levels.

In K. Pattabhi Jois’s own words: “… whether you do your first downward dog at 14 or 44, it’s not your history but your presence on your mat that counts.”
