The Wedding planning process is such a fun, exciting and joyful time. But it can also be stressful and pretty busy. That’s why we would like to propose you a Wedding Wellbeing Program that will help you stay healthy, beautiful and fit, manage your stress level and enjoy your very special day at your best.
Wedding Morning Yoga
On a special day of your Wedding, our yogini come to you with pretty mats, fresh juices and kick-off music. The sequences are perfectly designed to awake your body and reach maximum body awareness, alignment and posture for elegance and grace. You are welcome to use your favorite music for the class too.
We also pay a lot of attention to the breathing practices and meditation that help reduce stress and manage your emotions and nerves throughout “The Big Day”.
We offer 1 hour, 1 hour and half and 2 hours classes. Some of the examples look like:

8 weeks Perfect Bride Program
This program is designed to help the Bride become the best version of herself for her Wedding Day.
We focus on Nutrition and Fitness, as well as stress control and Mindfulness. We accompany you with a tailored program of scheduled activities that will help you reach your goals.
Our fitness activities include a wide variety of Yoga Practice, Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX, Breathing Practice, Meditation and Mindfulness. Depending on the expected results, our coaches will create a fitness week-to-week plan for and with you.
Our Nutritionist is working closely with you to balance the best food plan and give you some cooking lessons and recipes as well as healthy habits. The goal is not only to make you lose weight but also to detox your body and have a glowing skin for your “Big Day”.
There is a possibility to add few sculpturing/anticellulite massages per week to tonify your body and improve blood circulation. One consultation with our cosmetologist is included in the program.
